It’s a quiet, gated community with nice views, attractive real estate, and lovely homes that look modern and have modern appliances. The place feels secure and quaint. You’ll need a car to get around, though the beaches aren’t far away. The weather is great most of the time. The roads leading into the community need repairs, but otherwise there are no major issues.

The community is gated and really nice, about five minutes from the airport and the main shopping areas. It also has a pool, grill, and its own commissary.
