The location and price are hard to beat, and it’s a clean B&B across from the beach. Getting to the sand means cutting through driveways or other hotel properties, which was fine. The rooms have cold AC, a mini fridge, a coffee machine, and outdoor space. The property has been renovated, with lovely bathrooms and plenty of hot water. Everything was meticulously clean. Just know the bed and pillows are hard. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay.

What made the stay great was the beautiful, loving staff. They looked after us so well that we felt like family. Bless up, Linda, and thank you for the hospitality. Big Up, Moonies!!! The room had a king bed, cable TV, a kitchenette with a good fridge and stove, and a nicely sized bathroom with pretty good water pressure. There was also a small patio with a table and chairs, and the AC worked well. The beach is across the road, groceries are a short walk away, and it’s next to Mikey’s(!).

I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading the reviews, but it felt like a home away from home. The room was clean, with a comfortable king bed, hot water for bathing, a flat-screen TV, and a nice bathroom. I also loved the little kitchen because cooking saved me a lot of money. Linda made anything I needed available. For the price, I got more than I expected and have no complaints. It’s a good option for a budget traveler.

The room was comfortable and clean, and we were able to use the sun beach. The staff at The Moonrise hotel were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come again.
