Eden Sand Villa gave us a lovely local feel along with real privacy and seclusion. The private beach was stunning, like having a little piece of paradise to ourselves, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. There was one major problem, though. I woke up the next morning with lots of insect bites from the bed. It was uncomfortable and took away from an otherwise perfect stay. If they can sort out the pest issue, this place would be a 10/10.
Eden Sands was wonderful, and I’d happily stay again and recommend this little piece of paradise to anyone looking for a villa in Ocho Rios. It’s a beautiful complex with 3 separate units and its own private beach. The staff were exceptional, ready to help with a smile throughout the day.
We love coming to Eden Sands Villa with the family. The beach is the main draw, and the kids love going straight from the breakfast table into the calm water. It feels very safe and is a lovely place for families to relax and spend time together.
Having a private beach felt like a DREAM, and the hosts and property dogs were so kind and fun to chat with. Eden Sands Villa was like a secret little getaway. It was close enough to walk into town, and we really appreciated the AC. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.
Neptune was a real bonus for us dog lovers. She’s such a sweet girl, and could even win over someone who’s unsure about dogs. We also loved how easy it was to walk into town, with a short drive to attractions, including up in the mountains. We rented a car. We stayed five nights and were already wishing we could make it a month. From the early planning, Melissa and Nathan answered our questions and helped get us ready, then Ms Diana and Lileth welcomed us in and made us feel at home right away. Ms Sheryl (sp?) and the others were always ready to help, and the cooking was fantastic. Nigel seemed to be working around the clock to keep the property looking its best, and I really enjoyed spending time with him. The hosts, staff, and food were unmatched. We’re already figuring out how to come back.
