Our last-minute booking was accommodated, even though we were running late. They kept in touch and guided us so we wouldn't take a wrong turn. Thanks, J. The clean rooms with A/C had me completely satisfied when we arrived. The location is close to town, a 10/10 for us, and I'll book again next visit.

Hurbert was courteous, and Comfy Guest Rooms was clean and well maintained. The amenities were up to standard apart from the Wi-Fi. It's close to town, so getting around was easy. I had a great, hassle-free stay and recommend the place.

Miss Ellington was professional and clearly cared about making us comfortable. My family arrived very late to check in, and she still made sure we were looked after. We stayed three days and two nights, and the service was good despite the lack of electricity after a hurricane damaged many places in Jamaica and cut power in most areas. Comfy Guest Rooms did its best to provide comfort, though without electricity they couldn't run the generator all the time for internet, hot water, and A/C. We'll be back. That kind of service in difficult circumstances is what makes a business stand out. I'd recommend Comfy Guest Rooms to anyone visiting Portland.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was decent. The location is handy, near town and a plaza with a supermarket, ATM, and food spots. The bathroom was fine apart from the toilet, which wasn't working properly. I promptly told management, but they didn't help during my stay. Aside from that, I had a good visit, would recommend the place, and might stay again.

The guy at the front desk was really nice and easygoing. The place was clean and nice, and very affordable. Great spot to stay.
