The staff and food are what would bring me back. Everyone was great with us, and they really looked after the guests. Breakfast and dinner were good, too. Shout-out to Tim Bamboo Staff for the warm hospitality, five stars. I spent a week here with my daughter. I mentioned to the staff that my first impression of the room wasn't great, so they could make improvements. I won't go into the details. As a business owner, I don't like speaking badly about another business. It's close to town.

Mr. Mitchell, the front desk ladies, and the gentleman who serves meals all gave good customer service. One other gentleman came across as unprofessional in how he worked, though I wouldn't call him rude. I think better management could help the current team make this a five-star experience.

The hotel worked well for our family since we mainly needed a safe place to leave our things and sleep between excursions. It's a cozy, nice little spot in the heart of Port Antonio, and the staff were kind and helpful. The food was great, breakfast was included, and I believe lunch and dinner were available to buy at the restaurant. We stayed for two days and one night, and there was a wedding reception while we were there, so I assume the hotel is used for those too. For somewhere clean, cozy, and inexpensive, it did the job. It wasn't a bad experience, and I'd go back.

Rohan and Zoe made our stay especially good, though all the staff were wonderful. We had great breakfast and dinner each day. I love this place and will keep coming back.
