4/10
The bathroom was good, with hot water always available, and Trevor seemed like a decent character. There was also wifi, and the above-ground pool was clean during my stay. The room has A/C, but it was unbearably hot until it had been running for an hour or two, and even then it was still uncomfortable. The floor was dirty, and we had a large cockroach in the room. Outside, there was a terrible smell from all the fertilizer or manure used on the plants, though the grounds looked decent. Cars aren't guarded, but the rooms seemed secure.

The rooms are a good size and well kept. The property looks nice, tidy, and enclosed. It was better than I expected.

The backyard swings make for a romantic spot, and the place is clean and comfortable. It feels worth the price, except for the window-unit A/C.

A beautiful, quiet property with friendly staff, and it stays clean. It feels like a home away from home and would suit a private event.

The room and sitting areas were nice. Staff were okay, though there was an unpleasant odor outside.
