The house has a modern design, but there are no TVs in the bedrooms, and the internet coverage throughout the house is very poor and doesn't seem professionally set up. It is right on the beach as advertised, though the water may be too deep for non-swimmers, and there is no lifeguard. The pool is inside the property as advertised. You can also walk along the beach.

We booked a full spa day for 18 family members staying at Siesta Villa and the adjoining Bay Watch Villa next door. Samambaia Holistic Mobile Spa provided massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps. The grounds are spacious, so we were able to give a few massages under the trees, with the ocean sounds around our clients. Right by the ocean, the villa feels modern and welcoming, and makes an ideal family getaway. I'd highly recommend Siesta Villa for a group vacation.

The Bahai, the middle of three homes on the property, was perfect for a romantic getaway. The other two homes have five bedrooms and a pool. There’s a private beach, daily housekeeping, a gardener, and on-site security, and we felt very safe. We stayed for eight days and loved it. Steve was our personal driver and was very trustworthy. Janet, the personal chef, made some of the best food we've ever eaten. She makes most things from scratch with her own Jamaican style, and fed us twice a day with enough left over for lunch. She baked desserts too, so we were well fed. Cassie was an excellent housekeeper, and the grounds crew were top notch. Everything felt peaceful and relaxing. They provide a kayak, which we didn't use, but we did enjoy sitting by the ocean under the shade trees. It's a hidden gem. One of the most amazing weeks of our lives. We can't wait to come back.

The pandemic hit Jamaica hard, and the country is still trying to recover. Siesta is a nice gated property right on the ocean, with great views. It was worth the cost.
