The training staff are awesome, and the setting is very nice. Parking and air conditioning were good, the food was better than average, and I've stayed here twice because it has been good enough to return. Getting to the rooms with a heavy suitcase is a little challenging, though. A few things need attention: the shower water was only a trickle, and it took a long time for the hot water to get warm. The shower head needs replacing, and a more pleasant cleaner would be better for the rooms and bathroom. I'd love to see Cardiff kept up and improved. There's plenty of competition in Jamaica and the other islands. Thanks for your hospitality.

The rooms are nice and the welcome was warm, but the food let us down. Dinner was okay, not the best, and I wish there had been more Jamaican breakfast choices. There was no internet service, which was really bad, and the TV didn't work. Some entertainment would be nice too. I hope they make improvements soon.

I enjoyed the food and the relaxing sea view. The only problem was that the cable was down when I asked, during Hurricane Melissa last year. 28/1/2026

I stayed here probably 40 years ago, and it was the best. The food, service, and room were all incredible. It looks like things have stayed true to those expectations. Prayers for Jamaica🙏❤️🙏❤️

Cardiff has won me over more than once, so I chose it for my honeymoon too. They keep bringing their A game: the staff, food, and rooms are all top tier. I'd recommend Cardiff to anyone looking for peace of mind.
