Welcoming Vibes Beach

The view is amazing, and I can understand the concept of the place, but the room needs restoration because it didn't feel hygienic. I hope this can be constructive feedback for the host, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. I was afraid to shower. We had booked two nights through Booking and messaged the host for check-in details since we arrived at 6 pm. He only replied that the room was ready, with no other information. Another guest explained when we arrived that ours might be the only open room, with the key in the door. It was full of mosquitoes and other animals, including a spider, gecko, and cricket. We told the host what was going on and said we'd stay only one night because we couldn't find another place nearby. He understood and cancelled the Booking for us. We paid him half the Booking rate, 65 US cash. If I hadn't asked him to remove the Booking taxes, he was going to charge the full 72 US. For me, that night was worth no more than 30 US.

Laid back and authentic, WV was the best spot for a backpacker to experience Jamaica. I volunteered there four years ago and had the most wonderful time. I could say so much, but you have to experience the jamaican vibe for yourself. You'll feel at home and won't want to leave. Sending love to Paul and all my friends in TB 🌞❤️

I meant to stay one night near an early business meeting, but ended up adding three more because the place was so chill. The view is out of this world, and waking up to that 180 degree look across Treasure Beach feels really special. The walk to the beach is easy and fun, though go early to beat the heat. You can find ready-made food nearby if you don't feel like cooking at Welcoming Vibes. The house on the hill is simple and unique, with huge windows, big Mediterranean-feeling rooms, and shared spaces designed for breezes and views. It was comfortable and let me get some much-needed rest. Welcoming Vibes was easy to find on Google Maps, and Paul's place was friendly, clean, and comfortable, with strong WiFi and a cool workspace. Treasure Beach feels like another world compared with other places I've visited in JA. Paul is a quintessential host who knows everyone in the community and can point you in the right direction for enjoying St. Elizabeth. Ask him about boat excursions to Black River, Pelican Bar, and his newest adventure in Parottee. You can experience Jamaica in an unspoiled, gorgeous way, and you won't be disappointed. Book it, go there, eat, drink, enjoy, and live a little. Thank you, Paul!

The German girl was super nice, but I really couldn't stay. The rooms looked better online. In person, they smelled so bad they needed proper disinfecting and air freshener. The beds weren't made properly, the floor needed cleaning, the place needed a makeover, and the yard needed grooming. With a makeover, the distance to get there would be the least of the problems. Sir, I want to reply to you but can't find that option. I did undress the bed because I was trying to see if I could fix it better, but I wasn't at your place for an hour. I wanted to pee, but didn't even use the bathroom. I went down by Jack sprat to get something to eat and was there for over two hours because the service was slow. That's when I cancelled. If I'd made up my mind before leaving, I would have made the bed back up. I didn't lie in it. I'm not trying to be rude, but the place didn't smell good, so I couldn't use the bed. I had planned on getting air freshener and cleaning products. You need to review your footage. You'll see I spent not even five minutes in that room, and that I was alone in there because my husband was outside.
