Sandals South Coast

The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the food was good because of the options. The resort itself is nice, but what made the stay exceptional and unique was mostly the amazing staff. Kenardo was so welcoming and made sure we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Kayan was a sweetheart and the best singer ever!

The grounds are stunning, and there are plenty of palapas along the beach, so people don’t have to compete for chairs. I also love how long the beach is, since guests aren’t right on top of one another. Some people complain about the seagrass, but it’s a natural habitat, and there’s a great swimming area beyond the bungalows. The resort is so spread out that it never feels crowded, and the staff are always friendly. The ride there can be rough if you get car sick, so hiring a private driver helps. We LOVE SSC.

We went to Sandals South Coast with a pickleball group, and the whole experience was top notch. The pickleball was well organized, with great coaching, and we liked having food choices that let us try different cuisines. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a great ocean view. We had breakfast on our private balcony each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was great, and there were lots of activities and entertainment options. Great place, highly recommended.

We were nervous about getting back into diving after years away, but Damine at the Dive Shop made the refresher SCUBA course and our two dives feel easy. He was patient, calming, and gave us exactly the guidance we needed. Shavia brought plenty of fun with her beach games and karaoke night, and Tammy and Tajay at Sushi by the Sea were wonderful servers. It was our first Sandals and our first all-inclusive, and we loved how well kept the rooms, pools, grounds, and beaches were. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Yeah Mon!! We’d love to come back someday.
