I’ve stayed in hostels where three rooms shared a bathroom, and they were still cleaner than this. During a summer school visit, check-in felt unprofessional, and the room we were first given was filthy. There was a broken chair, cigarette ash left behind, and liquid stains on the sheets and blankets. We asked twice for cleaning, but staff said they had no spare keys, which I believe was a lie. The bathroom was so dirty we couldn’t bring ourselves to shower. When we tried, hair came out of the shower vent, and shampoo bottle caps from previous guests were still in the shower enclosure. We asked to change rooms because we needed to wash, but were told none were available. After my friend complained angrily, they suddenly gave us another room. That wasn’t the only time we felt lied to. Calls went unanswered, and the hotel has a very bad reputation. Even neighbors were saying immoral things happened there. I’ve included photos to show what I mean, and I apologize for them.

The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. My room was clean and roomy, with a great view and everything nicely set up. Staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. I also appreciated the complimentary welcome drink. I had a lovely stay at 360 Hotel from check-in through check-out. It was better than I expected, and I hope to come back. Thanks for a wonderful visit! Best regards, Awra

The staff are warm and helpful, especially Yazan, who’s sharp and always on point. It’s a cozy, really nice place, close to all the activities. I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was in poor condition and wasn’t clean. I’d booked a particular room type a week ahead, but was told it was no longer available and given a smaller room instead. They said I could move into the type I’d reserved the next day, then told me again that it wasn’t available.
