Everything needed was handled by the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of places are nearby, and convenience stores are everywhere. Credit to Mr, Omar and his staff for everything.

The kitchen is good enough for one person or a couple to cook in, and longer-term guests can get a washing machine. The rooms are a bit small, but they're good and have all the amenities. Rates are reasonable compared with Amman, and the hotel standard for the price is exceptional, real value for money. It's right next to a busy street with plenty of good places to eat within walking distance, so it works well for business trips. I'd recommend it to tourists and business travelers. A wonderful place to stay.

There were ants and cockroaches all over the room. The bathroom was in bad shape and leaking, and the parking area was tight with no spaces available.
