The staff were rude, and I think the bar operates an expensive scam. A girl talked me into sitting at the “hotel bar” and ordering shisha and alcoholic drinks. After she had three or four drinks, about five or six men came over, saying that was their system and pricing, and only then showed me the prices. They charged me over a thousand bucks for a coffee I ordered. I felt I couldn't do anything because they were like a mafia. I complained to the police and plan to sue the hotel, but don't fall for it.

They tried to charge us 800 JOD for dinner for two. I say stay away, and if you end up there by mistake, call the cops right away. This place should be shut down by the police. I don't know why the government hasn't closed it. Dirty thieves!

I was told I’d ordered 12 things, though all I got was shisha and water. I think the waiter and manager are thieves, and I saw girls trying to draw men in for expensive drinks, including $90 champagne.

I believe the hotel and lounge are run by thieves and gangs. It seemed like a Tinder scam: girls are hired to lure men to the bar, sometimes called the lounge, where they may order things and then you could be charged 156 JDs for a small coffee. Be careful and don't go there. If a restaurant or someone tries to scam you, call the POLICE on 911 and file a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism. Don't pay or try to fight unless you're forced to. Don't bring your friends into it, because these people are dangerous.
