The staff are professional, and the hospitality and customer service are among the best I've found at nearby hotels. The cleaning was excellent too, and Suhaib made my stay especially comfortable. Breakfast is available, usually nice and freshly prepared, and there's also a party venue. For a three-star place, it's fine, but it isn't anything special. The price feels high unless you find a good deal. I've stayed at most of the hotels nearby, and this one stands out for its service. Thanks a lot.

It's a little away from things, but getting around wasn't an issue since taxis are cheap, and Uber is an even better way to travel. The rooms are roomy, modern, and comfortable, and the service was excellent.

I left after two days and changed hotels because the service was so poor. The room wasn't clean, the drawers were broken, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to ask for every little thing. For the limited facilities on offer, the price was too high, and I wouldn't stay again or recommend it. Management needs to put in much more effort to attract guests while tourism is recovering after covid.

The staff at reception were friendly, but I don't think I'd stay here again. The rooms weren't clean, and the bed sheets were awful. Fortunately, the second sheet had been washed. There wasn't a peephole in the door, so I had to block it with tissues. Breakfast was offered, but it was very basic and didn't taste good compared with the really great Jordanian food.

The room was average, but breakfast was a good start to the day and the location worked well. What made our stay a great one was the staff, especially the front desk team. They were outstanding, helpful, and respectful. Thanks so much, guys!
