The breakfast had a nice range of choices and was very good. The cleaners on the third floor did an excellent job keeping my room clean, and most of the staff were welcoming, kind, and professional. When I first arrived, my room faced the street and was a bit noisy. I spoke with the receptionist, his name (Issa), and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He changed my room right away to a very nice, quiet one, which I really appreciated. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

My son ended up sleeping on the floor because the living room had no bed and no air conditioning, even though we booked for three people. It was 45 degrees outside. When I asked reception for a fan, they told me to go find one myself. The next day, a cleaner opened our room without knocking while my wife was half-naked, then left. We complained at reception and asked to speak with a manager, but they said there was no manager service. The service was awful.

They canceled my booking on the morning of my flight, at 9:00, even though check-in wasn't until 14:00, and marked me as a no-show. I'd tried to reach them on WhatsApp and got no reply. They also tried to charge my bank card. Luckily, I realized what was going on and hadn't left money on that card. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Canceling at the last minute can ruin a vacation, and this felt like an attempt to rob me.

The location was convenient, and the staff were really kind. We had a booking issue, but the team helped us sort it out.

The receptionist was unhelpful and unprofessional. They took cash but gave me no receipt or proof of payment. My room smelled strongly, and its open window looked out onto a strange view and didn't feel secure. When I asked to change rooms because of the odor and poor condition, the receptionist blamed cleaning chemicals and offered no alternative.
