We had an amazing Ramadan iftar and didn't want to leave. Everyone was really friendly, and the service was above average. The waiters went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I hope the manager sees this.

We booked three rooms, and two were dirty, with unchanged sheets. We had to ask for room changes and fresh linen. One bathroom still had a toothbrush on the counter, and another room had lots of rubbish behind the furniture. The rooms weren't cleaned properly, if at all. The sheets were torn and spotted, while the old towels felt damp and not very clean. The cleanliness is on par with some very low-cost hostels. Breakfast was nice, but there wasn't enough variety or quality for a four-star hotel. The hotel is far from the city center, with no shops or restaurants nearby. The rooms are old and dirty, and the place is overrated. I don't believe the good Booking reviews, which are probably fake. There's no way this hotel deserves a 9 out of 10.

The breakfast was very old and extremely poor, and the pool looks nothing like the pictures. The room was in bad shape and unclean. There was no shampoo or shower gel, and no toothbrush either. The pillow had a visible stain, and it looked like the pillowcases hadn't been changed or washed properly. Every towel was dirty and should be thrown out and replaced, along with all the sheets. Sleeping in that bed was disgusting. Please improve the rooms and general cleanliness.

There was leftover food and used plates left in the room, while housekeeping focused on making towel swans on the bed. The food menu was very limited too. I'd never experienced a hotel stay this bad, and can't understand its four-star rating. On arrival, I found used glasses, a leaking wash basin, and a strong smoke smell. Cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking. I asked for a dental kit, but housekeeping threw it away and didn't replace it. When I asked again, they said they had no stock and that I would have to buy one outside because it wasn't included in the reservation. For a hotel in this category, that's unacceptable. The service and hygiene were very poor, nothing like what I'd expect from a four-star hotel.
