Corp Executive Hotel

The one inconvenience was the location. Restaurants, cafés, shops, and money exchange services aren't an easy walk away, though there is a pharmacy nearby. We were here on a tour package arranged by Jordan Horizons Tours. The team were friendly, courteous, and professional throughout, with particularly good service in the dining areas. The Mood serves a very good buffet dinner, with live stir fry and pasta stations that add freshness and variety. Breakfast was generous too, with live omelet, crepe, and fatayer stations. Tareq seemed to oversee service and was attentive without hovering, often looking for ways to make the dining experience better, like offering table service for drinks. He and the rest of the team are a real asset. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, with the expected amenities, including complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee, comfort kits, and shower gel. Corp Hotel delivers well on comfort, service, and dining for a 4-star property.

Some of the furniture and rooms are starting to look dated. You may hear traffic if your room faces the main road, and the pool isn't heated, so it can feel chilly depending on the season. Still, I found Corp Amman Hotel a comfortable, good value place for a few days in Amman. The Shmeisani location is central and convenient, across from the Royal Cultural Centre, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and have what you need. Staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh options each morning. The gym, spa, sauna, and outdoor pool are useful extras for a longer stay, and the hotel suits both business and leisure travel if you're after comfort and service without luxury prices.

The staff were courteous, and the hotel itself was very good. We only stayed two nights and didn't have time to properly judge the location, since our main reason for coming to Jordan was to see Petra. Tourism in Jordan seemed slow, perhaps because of how close it is to the Israel war with Palestine. With low occupancy, only one place at the hotel was serving food at night. The food was good, though the menu was limited. We also tried the Trader Joe in the Regency hotel across the road, where we were one of just three occupied tables.

The rooms were roomy and breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. When someone in our group got sick, the hotel sent fruit and special teas at no extra charge. We really appreciated that kind gesture.
