Four Seasons Hotel Amman

We only had one night at this beautiful, modern hotel between Cairo and Petra, and left wishing we’d stayed longer to enjoy more of its service and luxury. The gym is especially good, with cardio and weights in separate areas, plus a lounge nearby where you can rest with lime mint juice, nuts, and fruit. The room was very spacious and conveniently arranged, though the sparse furnishings showed more because of the size; we had to request another chair to eat at the table. The bathroom was huge, the Diptyque bath amenities were nice, and the bedding was divine. In-room dining came slowly, but the service was courteous and the portions generous, one dessert was enough for the two of us. A very nice hotel and a stay that felt much too short.

The people are what made this beautiful hotel unforgettable for us. We came from Mallorca for our 10th anniversary, and from the first moment we felt the Four Seasons values in the thoughtful greetings, the way the team anticipated needs, and the genuine care shown to guests. The building itself is stunning, but the warmth is what stays with you. Housekeeping surprised us with balloons and roses in the room, a real wow moment. When we left our phone in an Uber, the front office took responsibility and stayed supportive and attentive until it was found. At breakfast, Omar looked after us every morning with heartfelt hospitality and impeccable professionalism. The two hostesses were lovely and welcoming, though sadly we can’t remember their names. The bar hostess was just as charming and made us feel among friends. The F&B Manager led by example with a calm, attentive manner. The Assistant Outlet Manager went above and beyond, even offering to drive us after his shift, something we won’t forget. Thank you, from Natalia & Eduardo, for making our anniversary so special.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We spent Valentine’s weekend here and had a lovely time. In my opinion, it’s one of my favorite Four Seasons properties anywhere, with top notch service and kind, helpful people. It’s a beautiful hotel, and places around Amman are a short drive away.

Mahmoud Al Selawi was working as a pool lifeguard during my stay and has since been promoted to bellman, a promotion he truly deserves. He’s genuine, polite, and kind, always welcoming guests with a warm smile. His professional, positive attitude and gentlemanly manners made me feel comfortable and added a lot to my time at the Four Seasons Hotel in Jordan. I had a wonderful stay, thanks to staff like Mahmoud Al Selawi 😊
