Gondola Hotel & Suites

The lobby has a nice Arabic feel, and the room was roomy, with charming old wooden furniture. I had a double room facing the front, with AC and heating. The weather was fine, so I left the window open, and there wasn’t much street noise. I booked through an agency for a quick two-day trip to Petra, and it took a while to sort out. While I waited, the friendly front desk guy gave me useful tips on places to eat and see. The internet was fine for email and some social media. It’s a handy location if you have a car, and a pleasant place for a short stay.

We had a spacious, very clean two-bedroom suite, and the beds were really comfortable. My family and I stayed at the Gandola Hotel for 10 days. The location was excellent, and the staff were so friendly and hospitable. Thank you, Gandola Hotel.

The staff were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help, and we felt right at home. I spent my honeymoon here, and found the place clean and relaxing. It’s also close to all kinds of amenities. I love this place.

The room was nice, the location convenient, and the service great. But my boyfriend ended up covered in bedbug bites, and they got into our bags too. We spent the rest of our trip dealing with an infestation. The hotel was great in other ways, but bedbugs are a serious problem and shouldn't be taken lightly.
