I was charged twice for my stay, and now I have to dispute charges of over $1600. There’s nobody I can talk to about the duplicate charge. Breakfast was terrible, and although the room description says the suites have a balcony, you can’t open it. The people of Jordan were friendly and I enjoyed my vacation, but I won’t stay at the Imperial Palace Hotel again.

The view from my room was awesome, and this is a cozy hotel with good food and ambience in a central part of Amman. Housekeeping could be a bit better about providing amenities like a working iron. I also found the thermostat cumbersome to use.

The living room area has great decor, and it’s a very nice hotel. They should pay closer attention to cleaning, though.

The location is about the only good thing here. We paid about $120 for one night and got old furniture and a broken toilet that wouldn’t flush. I’d avoid this hotel.

We got a good price, but were surprised to learn there aren’t any baby cribs available.
