Jordan Tower Hotel

The location is hard to beat, less than a block from the Roman Theater in the middle of old Amman. My corner room had a private room and bath, and I felt very safe traveling alone. The rooms are really nice, the staff are great, and that huge free breakfast in the photo was all mine. You can hear traffic and the call to prayer, but it wasn't too bad. Do the Jordan walking tour just outside the hotel too, the guide is wonderful. Don't let the one-star rating fool you, this is our little secret.

We got a free upgrade when we arrived, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast downstairs was delicious. The staff were lovely and helped us pick good places to eat and make the most of Amman. It's ideally placed for the main attractions and for taking in the city's people and atmosphere. Amazing stay, we'd happily come back and recommend it!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though we were on the reception floor and heard plenty of noise from guests checking in. Light from reception also came into the room through the stained glass above the door. Even with that, we had a great stay in the heart of downtown Amman. The staff felt like family, always looking after what we needed and sharing helpful advice. Many thanks.

A real hidden gem. The staff I met were all lovely and went out of their way to help. Rooms are simple but clean, with towels and complimentary toiletries, and the A/C kept me from freezing during winter. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is close to historical landmarks, with the old market just around the corner. Being in the city centre means traffic and difficult parking, and light sleepers may want earplugs. They also offer a free evening guided walk through the markets. Ibrahim did a great job showing me around and explaining local customs. They can arrange other tours and airport transfers too, and suggest emailing them instead of using the agent app.
