The front desk staff were especially helpful, and I enjoyed staying here. It's a very nice hotel with a cooperative team. I'll come back.

The room was OK, the location was amazing, and it was very quiet. But after a family emergency forced me to shorten my trip, they wouldn't refund the nights I couldn't use. I'm leaving tomorrow morning and losing the paid night after that because they say the room is already booked in the system. I feel like I'm being robbed in broad daylight, and nobody told me this would happen in advance. If you're paying by Visa or credit card, take this into account. Unless you pay one night at a time or are certain about your plans, I'd avoid staying here. I'm extremely unhappy.

The room had thick dust on the floor, cabinets, and corners of the walls, especially near the bed. The doors were extremely dirty, and none of this was cleaned during our stay. Although we booked a non-smoking hotel, cigarette smoke was strong in the bedroom and even on the towels. The morning receptionist was rude to my wife, and ignored several requests to have the room cleaned, the garbage taken out, and the towels changed. We chose the hotel for its good location, apparent security, elegant look, and price, and stayed 16 days after coming from Australia to Amman in December 2023. The staff were friendly and tried to fix the water, but for our entire stay the temperature swung from very hot to very cold within seconds. They said the hotel was full, so changing rooms wasn't possible. The air conditioning also didn't work properly, though they fixed it by the end of the day. The couch was uncomfortable, while the other things were excellent. We couldn't change hotels, but when we visit Amman for four weeks next year, we definitely won't return here.

The bed was comfortable, and the reception staff were very kind. But the hotel was in really bad shape, despite being very cheap. There was cigarette smell in the bedroom, it was very dirty, the bathroom had fungus, and many things were damaged or broken. They also asked for a 50 JOD deposit. Don't let the pretty pictures fool you.
