The staff were the best part of our stay at NayLover Hotel. Everyone was kind, incredibly friendly, and quick to help. You could tell they really cared about making guests feel welcome. Our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the atmosphere and service were great. My friend and I had booked a standard room, but they upgraded us for free to the spacious Room 206 suite with a living room. That thoughtful surprise made us feel valued right away. It was an unforgettable stay in Jordan, and NayLover Hotel deserves all the praise. Thank you for making it so special! 🌟

These cozy suites are in a quiet but lively part of Amman, and the hospitality was first-rate. Everyone was ready to help with practical requests and make the stay pleasant. Thanks to Ahmad on the evening shift, Basel in the afternoon, and Deeb in the morning. I'll certainly come back.

We came back for two nights at the end of our vacation, making this our second stay. The two-bedroom VIP room was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job. Every staff member was attentive, helpful, and exceptional, so I can't single anyone out. I highly recommend the hotel.

We slept really well because the location was so quiet. Getting an Uber was easy, usually there within two minutes, and the ride into the city was quick. The staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive, and they even upgraded us to a better room. Such a perfect stay, I'd definitely recommend the hotel!
