The beds were in poor shape, everything was dirty and smelled bad, and there was no hot water. The websites give a fake impression of the place. To top it off, the receptionist asked us to give it a high score, lol.

The room was clean and nice, and they provided towels. There’s an elevator, and when I asked for a fan because the room didn’t have AC, they brought one without any trouble. Aladdin at reception was friendly, and the location was good. I could pay by Visa, but they charged a card commission. There was no fridge, even though I’d booked a deluxe room that listed a minibar.

Aladin is a kind, big-hearted owner who made our short visit really enjoyable. The room was roomy enough and clean, with a comfortable bed; the bathroom was small but clean too. Breakfast was tasty and served at a neighboring hotel. I’d recommend this place for an affordable holiday and an authentic Jordan adventure, as long as you’re not expecting luxury.

Aladdin made us feel completely welcome. He treated us with respect, shared useful city tips, and was exceptionally kind and generous. Any hospitality request we had was taken care of. Our room was clean, cozy, and nicely located on the second floor, with an elevator. Thank you, Aladdin!

The place is affordable and right in the city center. The staff were okay, though the room was a bit noisy. It has a lot of potential but needs some TLC.
