I asked for a nice room with a view, and they took that into account. The room was large and very clean, and the sheets were well cared for too. It’s close to city shops and restaurants and felt safe for walking at any time, even as a woman. Nights were quiet, and I didn’t hear the other guests while I was there.

The food and hospitality were both very nice. From the first day, the friendly staff helped us understand the city and country, gave us a map and a route through the important sites, and suggested restaurants to avoid as well as places we shouldn’t miss. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman.

It’s just a few minutes’ walk to Rainbow Street, and the hostel/hotel has a warm, welcoming feel. The staff were excellent and helpful whenever we needed them. Breakfast was good and comes with the private room price. Recommended.

The location is the only thing I liked, which is why I’m not giving it one star. The hotel leaves a lot to be desired, and there are better places for the price. They said breakfast was at 7:00, but on both days blamed the chef running late. Don’t promise 7:00 if that’s not true, we wasted time and money. The so-called “rooftop kitchen” was disgusting.

The shared areas have a lively feel and make it easy to meet other travelers. Everything was organized, and the rooms were comfortable enough to relax in. Nomads Hotel is well placed for exploring on foot, with cafes and attractions nearby. A comfortable stay with a nice vibe.
