The service was very good for the price. I also had a safe trip to Petra with Taxi Abu nour, a polite and meticulous driver. It was tourist quality at a reasonable price.

I stayed here twice in one week, and the rooms were quite different. On the first visit we were on the 6th floor. The room was dark, musty, and old-looking, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean, though the beds were decent. On the second visit, the 10th-floor room was bright and cozy, with a better-designed bathroom. It wasn’t perfect, but it was a big improvement. The outside and reception look nice at first, though that’s mostly bells and whistles. WiFi was awful, with constant drops and very slow speeds. The food at breakfast and dinner was edible but disappointing, with dry chicken and cold pasta, so don’t expect a culinary miracle. The large road below wasn’t too distracting, though we could hear some noise. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is decent, but the major sights are a long walk or a short Uber ride away.

The two-bedroom room was clean and roomy, and breakfast had a great selection. Reception staff were especially friendly and helpful, and getting a Careem or other service was easy at any hour, with no waiting. My first stay in Amman was completely hassle-free for five nights. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The room was clean and most of the staff were kind, but the WiFi was a terrible experience. I kept reporting the problem and nobody fixed it. They just sent someone who made up excuses, like telling me to delete my VPN when I wasn’t even using one. That was the Egyptian guy. If you don’t know how to solve it, just blame the VPN.
