The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient. What really made my stay excellent was Omar at reception, a polite young man with great English. I’d arranged the night before for a taxi driver to take me to the airport the next day, but he never showed up. With my flight approaching, Omar listened, understood right away, and quickly booked me a reliable Uber for much less than the taxi price I’d agreed to. His calm, professional help turned a potentially stressful morning around. The reception team’s dedication makes a real difference. I highly recommend Panda Hotel Apartments.

I felt at home during my trip from Ireland to Jordan. Panda Hotel in Amman was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location, and the whole team was welcoming, professional, and ready to help whenever I needed something. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful hospitality and service. I highly recommend staying here.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great location. The apartment could’ve been cleaner, though. There was a huge stain on the bedsheet, which I found nasty. Still, it’s a great deal for the money.

I needed somewhere at the last minute before a late flight, and the price was great for what I got. The location is quiet but central, and they answered my WhatsApp right away. The room was big, with a washing machine, a comfortable bed, and AC. WiFi worked too. Nothing fancy, but perfectly fine.

I stayed here for over three months and it really felt like home. The area is quiet, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Amar and Omer.
