The rooms were the one thing we didn't like, they were old and needed renovation. The staff were really nice and helpful, the service was great, and the breakfast buffet was nice. The Iraqi chef was especially hospitable.

Abu Mohammed, Dr. Mohammad Al Fayadh, gave especially great service. He's a great boss who looks after his employees, welcomes guests with real hospitality, and is a great man. The service was great, and I'd recommend this hotel if you're in Amman!

Dr Mohammad made us feel welcome and checked that we had what we needed throughout the stay. The service was great, and the location put us close to everything. Best hotel in Amman for us, with the best room.

The room facing the street was noisy, and mine only seemed superficially clean. The furniture was damaged and the upholstery dirty, in both the room and dining area. Breakfast was poor and the rooms are small. The staff, including the receptionist, were polite and tried to be kind, but the hotel looks much better in its photos. I picked it because of the high score and still don't understand it.

The owner is easy to talk to and genuinely interested in suggestions or concerns, which stood out to me. Staff were very helpful and cooperative, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and well kept. With its good location and fair prices for the quality of service, it's a comfortable option that offers good value.
