Mervat deserves a special thank you for her professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness. She went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and made me feel like a VIP. The whole staff gave me that same sense of personal care, promptly handling requests and making the stay feel special. The rooms were clean, with crisp linens, a comfortable bed, and all the amenities I needed to feel at home. Housekeeping kept hygiene at a high level, which mattered especially during a time of heightened health concerns. From the warm welcome on arrival to the friendly, courteous service throughout, my stay at the Prime Hotel was unforgettable. I can’t recommend it highly enough if you want a clean, comfortable, luxurious stay with exceptional service. Thanks for the amazing experience. I look forward to returning soon.

Mervat really goes out of her way to make guests feel at home and take care of what they need. The whole staff deserves a big thank you for the terrific service. The location is excellent, the view is nice, and the rooms are cute and artsy.

The only drawback is that there’s no breakfast, though everything else is so good you forget about it. Mervat mainly helped us with everything throughout our stay, and the staff were incredible. We also had a very good location, clean and spacious rooms, a good shower, and efficient air conditioning, all for a very good price. 10/10, would definitely go back.

The price is fair, the customer service is good, and the location is excellent. The beds and bathrooms do need an upgrade, though. My wife says the beds gave her back pain.
