Qaser AlSultan Hotel Suites

The location is great and the staff were very helpful, but the booking was a mess. I paid online, then when I arrived they said there was no booking in my name. The guy helped me out by giving me their only available apartment, beside reception, but it wasn’t comfortable. The door handle, bed and sofas were broken, and there was no soap in the toilets. I’d booked just one night, so I slept there and left first thing in the morning. I don’t know if all the rooms are like that or if there was a problem with the booking.

The location is the big thing here, with everything you need just steps away. The staff were super nice and welcoming, and the place smelled clean and fresh. The one annoyance is that whenever you need to use the parking, you have to call reception, though someone always answers.

Rooms are big and clean, with good facilities and the nice big bed I always like. The staff are really friendly, and the location is good. I stayed in winter, so the rooms were hot. The bathroom was clean and nice, with good hot water all the time. Very nice hotel.

The hotel looks great inside and out, and it’s surrounded by lots of restaurants. Good value for the money, too. I’d recommend it for the location alone.
