The location is lovely and quiet, which made it comfortable, and the customer service was fast and wonderful. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I came from Canada and would suggest it to anyone visiting from outside Jordan. If I’m in Amman again, I’ll definitely return. 10/10.

Stay away. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the A/C didn’t work. The fridge in our room was broken too. The carpet smelled disgusting, like it had never been cleaned since the hotel opened. There was also a secret strip club downstairs, with music blasting all night. I had children with me, and they were exposed to naked women and drunk people. When I complained, management said they’d call me, but they never did. It felt like they had no regard for customers and only wanted our money. Worst hotel in Amman. Scam hotel.

The service was quick, and the hotel was very clean and elegant, a 10/10 for cleanliness. Its location is excellent. We’ll come back to Renad Hotel, God willing.

Bad experience at BARON. They made a manual bill, and I felt they were trying to cheat me. When I asked them to check the CCTV, they refused and started altering the bill by hand.
