Signia by Hilton Amman

The hotel was a great venue for the ELO competition, well organized, elegant, and suited to an international event. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The service at Signia by Hilton Amman was exceptional from the moment we arrived, warm, professional, and attentive. The staff took great care of us throughout the stay. At dinner, Husam at the restaurant was funny, friendly, and extremely attentive, which made the meal memorable. At breakfast, Qusai was polite and professional, and made sure everything was perfect so we could start the day on a positive note. Thanks as well to Majdi and Samer, who were always helpful, professional, and attentive. Everyone at the hotel helped make our stay outstanding. If I return to Amman, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommended 👌🏼

The people here really made the stay. Dina yazeed and oussama at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and professional, and Chef Naqaa alsmadi did a great job with breakfast. We also had a wonderful soup at 962 bistro. Hussam looked after us so kindly and generously, while staying professional. Honestly, one of the best hotels in Amman. The service and cleanliness were great, and I loved the hotel and its staff. I'd recommend it a thousand percent!

Bayan from guest relations was such a bright presence in the morning. She arranged a few amenities after our rough night and helped sort out our ride to the Dead Sea. The concierge team were just as welcoming, and carefully kept our bags while we visited the nearby Jordan Museum. We were excited to try Hilton's first Signia property in Asia, rebranded from Kempinski, and there was plenty to enjoy, especially the breakfast. The buffet had lots of local Jordanian dishes, and the F&B manager brought me gluten free bread for my dietary needs. Our night was harder than expected. The air conditioner kept blowing hot air, and street noise bothered us too. After trying different settings and turning it off, we realized after a couple of hours the temperature wasn't calibrating properly. A technician arrived quickly after we called, and fixed it around 3 AM, but we still didn't sleep well. Thanks to Bayan, the F&B team, and the concierge for their hospitality and the good memories. Leave time to enjoy that breakfast spread.

Omar at the concierge desk made us feel right at home, and Majdi was truly one of a kind. The staff were all attentive and kind, which made the stay memorable. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast had lots of variety and tasted delicious. This was by far our favourite hotel stay at Signia by Hilton. We look forward to returning and seeing everyone again!
