Sukoon Hotel Amman

The service was alright. They brought us things and sometimes helped with groceries. The room wasn't great, and the living room was small. Worst was the cramped, awkward bathroom: the showerhead broke while I was showering, so I had to wash with a hose. The location wasn't very good either. It's beside a huge road that's annoying to cross, and there aren't many shops nearby. Our view was just the surrounding buildings, with an ordinary Amman apartment building blocking it.

I was in Amman with my family for a couple of nights, and Sukoon Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and well equipped, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Being close to restaurants, malls, and landmarks made it easy and enjoyable to explore the city. I'd happily recommend it for the comfort, luxury, and service, and can't wait to visit again.

This was seriously the worst experience. The rooms were filthy, the street noise was awful, and there were no facilities beyond somewhere to sleep, if you could manage it with all that noise. There was no night housekeeping or service. The housekeeper was disrespectful. I don't know his name, but he was Egyptian, and I may have heard someone call him ubdo or something like that. Management never responded to any complaint.

The service was good, and they helped us a lot with our bags and their things. Abdullah Gosheh is a good location, but the view wasn't great. The room wasn't very good either. When I turned on the shower, the head fell off and became a hose, so I ended up showering with a hose, the garden ones.
