The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I checked out and then realized I’d left my wedding ring in the room. When I came back a day later, they’d kept it for me in the security deposit box. Such a safe, secure place ♥️

I was in town for work, and the room suited me perfectly. It was spotless, with a big window for fresh air and nice morning light. The staff were beyond five stars, especially front desk JESSICA, who made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She kept things organized and followed up from the reservation right through to departure. I’ll definitely come back again and again.

My wife and I stayed one night before traveling to another country, and I’d rather forget the experience. The room smelled awful. Staff said the AC was causing it, and the bathrooms were below par. For a hotel that had been refurbished, it clearly needs another round of work. I looked through several rooms before they moved us to a suite so I wouldn’t check out. That earns them an extra star from me instead of a one-star review.

The location is lively, with lots of entertainment and key attractions nearby, and the hotel is good value for the comfort and service. My room was tidy, clean, and comfortable. Jessica and Omar at the front desk were especially kind and helpful, and the rest of the team was just as friendly. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.
