The staff made our stay at Viola Hotel & Suites feel personal, from reception and housekeeping to the kitchen and valet. Everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful. The hotel is cozy, clean, and well managed. It may not be a five-star property, but the service felt that way to me. Its central location made it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and main roads, which worked well for business or leisure. I had a wonderful visit and will be back. Highly recommend!

Ayman was especially great, a really good man. The whole team was excellent, and so were the services. The welcome was warm and the location is excellent.

The breakfast buffet was especially bad, and the food overall was very poor. We spoke with the ex-chef, but his response was very bad. I think his name was abedalhadi.

The room was a good size, and the bathroom and room were very clean. The furniture has a modern look. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and very good, though they didn't have milk for coffee. I got here yesterday and would recommend it to couples and families. It's about 35 minutes from the airport. I paid 40 JD in cash, although the price at booking was 32 JD.

Ahmed was especially helpful and a real gentleman. I was there during Eid Ul Aadha, and he shared useful information about the culture, tourism, and food. The staff were all friendly, and my room was cleaned daily. The hotel is well maintained, with nice furniture and a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby restaurants are handy, and the continental breakfast met expectations.
