Mr. Khalid made us feel at home. When we arrived, there was complimentary food in the fridge and fresh bread, and one day he called and sent us a really tasty breakfast. That level of service is hard to find anywhere in Amman. Thanks, Mr. Khalid, for everything. We'll definitely come back. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed as a family. The gated community was safe and clean, in a very quiet part of Amman. It's centrally located and close to everything, yet the area had no traffic, so coming and going was easy. My kids loved the downstairs play area. It was winter, but they'd go play whenever it was sunny. I've been meaning to write this since we came back from our February vacation.

The owner's late attempt to fix the air conditioner came on our last day, just as we were leaving for the airport. Since the first day, the apartment had been dirty, and the air conditioner in the family room didn't work despite repeated promises to repair it. The owner was very inconsiderate and unavailable. The rental manager tried to help because the Doctor owner couldn't be reached. The water tank was filthy. On our second night, the kids showered and brushed their teeth in green, dirty water. My husband called the gatekeeper at 1 a.m., who contacted the manager. We spent until 3:30 a.m. emptying the tanks and waiting for them to refill. The kitchen was worn down, with very few utensils or cups, and some drawers were broken and wouldn't open. The screen door was torn, and there were no window screens. The master bedroom air conditioner also started leaking a lot of water. The beds and pillows were worn out and uncomfortable, and the sheets and covers were stained. Gross. The owner charged way too much for our 13 days. I'll never rent from him again.
