Casablanca hotel Apartment

Casablanca hotel is in a convenient spot, with plenty of mini markets within walking distance. My room's bed was particularly comfortable, and the whole place felt quiet and welcoming. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. I'd recommend it for a comfortable, convenient stay.

We stayed for three days, and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms were so cramped it was hard to move around or pray comfortably. There was no kitchen or oven, just a refrigerator about the size of a box. The receptionist didn't seem to be there to help. When we called the same number we booked through, the woman on the phone told us not to call again. I don't know what the problem was. I wouldn't trust the reviews, many seemed fake or old, so check for yourself. The agreement said cleaning supplies and toiletries would be available, but there was no soap, shampoo, or even dishwashing liquid. When we asked, staff ignored us and said the delivery hadn't arrived. The elevator worked at first, but was out of order when we came back at night. A man with us who has cancer was already exhausted from the beach and couldn't climb the stairs, so we had to carry him up to the fourth floor. When we asked when it would be fixed, they said the electrician would come the next day. Nothing had been fixed by the next day or by Saturday, our third day, and the supplies never arrived. Things got unbearable when the receptionist verbally attacked us and tried to silence us so we wouldn't bother the so-called “noble” hotel owners. We threatened to call the police, and then seven men appeared. They seemed like ex-convicts or people with criminal backgrounds, and looked ready to fight us or even kill us, I don't know. They stood up for the hotel and its owners. Somehow we ended up having to apologize to them before going back to our room. It was terrifying.

They gave us extra time to check in, and the beds were comfortable. The trace was really nice, and the staff were gentle, especially the Emani guy. A wonderful experience at this hotel.

Our room was tidy, and the prices were the best in amman from all the places we looked at. abeer and aber were so sweet and considerate. The service was very good, and they treated us more like friends than customers.
