We had a great stay here with our big family. The buffet had lots of variety and was very tasty. During the day, they also served cold water, lemon water, coffee, and majdool dates for free. The staff were beyond expectations, always willing to help. We had several special requests, and they helped with most of them. We even got a small room upgrade to a side sea view at no charge. The rooms were clean, had good air conditioning, and were well served. The place seems renovated, though there's still a little room to improve. We also enjoyed the warm, cozy family pool, and the sauna and pool were good, but could use some renovations and signs explaining what is what. They provided several amenities and disposable personal items like toothbrushes. If I come back to aqaba, I'd definitely book again.

The restaurants were a highlight, with delicious food and plenty of variety, and the views were beautiful. The hotel's location was close to everything, and it was exceptionally clean throughout. Service from the friendly, professional staff was excellent. I had a wonderful stay in Aqaba and would happily return.

The buffet was fantastic, and our room was spotless. The hotel itself was lovely, but the staff really made the stay. Special thanks to the amazing Mr Malek Abdallah.

I was so happy with my stay that I’d gladly come back anytime. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choice, and the room was great. The pool, sauna, and steam room were all perfect. Everyone was respectful and helpful, especially Mr.malik at reception and his colleague. Thanks for the hospitality ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The place was clean and in a good location, but the air conditioning needs attention. I also wasn’t happy to find Pepsi cans in the fridge. That doesn’t seem right for a four-star hotel.
