The rooms were okay, though not especially clean. The rest of the hotel was so dirty we couldn't use the pool or gym. There was just one working elevator for nine floors, and the wait felt endless. Breakfast was awful: barely seven dishes, no restocking, hair on the food, no drinks, and everything was dirty. We skipped breakfast at the hotel the second day. The location wasn't good either, with a 15 minute walk in the sun to get to the beach. A horrible experience.

Fine for a one night stay: the room was clean and nice, parking was free out front, and staff brought towels quickly when we found none on arrival. Breakfast could use more options for tourists and better quality. The pool area and gym could be improved too, since there were no sunbeds or places to sit, and the gym seemed to be used for maintenance storage with construction going on.

One star is generous. I was given the key and told the room was ready, but it hadn't been cleaned. The pool was half full. The AC didn't work, and there were no towels or toilet paper in the room.

We booked at the last minute to get out of the storm because the hotel had a pool. Before checking in, we asked reception if it was working and usable, and were told yes. It turned out to be half full and dirty. The room had holes in the floor and building equipment inside, so it didn't seem clean, usable or safe for adults or children. The room was a little unclean too, especially the fridge.

Came in late after booking a room and went to shower before bed, but there were no towels. I called reception and waited 30 minutes, then tried again with no answer. When I went downstairs, they told me, to my surprise, that they had no towels left. I got annoyed, and then the staff member got annoyed at me for being annoyed. The small AC unit wasn't suitable for the room size either. A lousy hotel with very bad service, they don't even have towels for guests.
