The best part of my visit was MIST Spa. Raghad, the manager, was warm, professional, and truly caring. She explained everything clearly, offered recommendations, and even helped us with ideas for things to do around the city. Her attention to detail made the experience memorable. Tasneem was kind and polite, and Deema gave me an excellent massage that was skilled, gentle, and relaxing. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They made my stay smooth and enjoyable. double tree is great, and MIST Spa, especially with Raghad leading it, made the experience even better. Highly recommended.

The location made it easy to get to the main attractions, with transport, restaurants, and cafés all within walking distance. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and smelled great. A lovely hotel in the city center, with a nice view. The rooms are beautiful, and staff really care about guests. Breakfast staff were especially friendly and made sure there was a good meal even for vegetarians. Room service was great and very fast. I recommend it.

You can walk a couple of minutes to just about every business in town, and the hotel is in the center of Aqaba. We got top-notch quality for a decent price, from room service to breakfast, and their cookies are the best too. The upgraded rooms have high-tech outlets that make charging devices easy. Customer service was the best.
