The rooms feel like a wasteland now, though the hotel used to be nice. My room wasn't ready, basic things were missing, and the AC was loud. I ended up sitting uncomfortably with a repair man, and the street felt like a better place to be. Reception was horrible, they just wanted to get rid of me instead of helping, and the service was slow. If you value your time, money, and self, avoid this place.

The food filled us up and was decent, though there wasn't much choice. Rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good.

The location is the main plus, close to the city center and the beach, with cafes and restaurants nearby. Rose at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room itself was dirty, though, and housekeeping was very poor. They hadn't changed or cleaned the sheets, the toilet bidet was broken and leaking, and we found old water bottles and dirt after moving the beds. Breakfast was a poor, tasteless buffet. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other option at this price and mainly need the location, or don't plan to spend much time in the room.

Some of the rooms and bathrooms are a disaster. They really need renovating, and the cleaning could be better too.

At least the bed was clean. The bathroom was in bad shape, and the TV didn't work.
