My birthday stay here gave me some of the most beautiful moments of my life. I’m deeply grateful to the whole team, and proud they represent my country so well. Wishing them continued success and all the best, God willing. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, on par with world-class hotels and sometimes even better. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym were outstanding. The team really knows how to create special moments and lasting memories. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful. The reception team was amazing, especially Mr. Abdullah, Marah, the outstanding Renad, and Mr. Amer. Thanks as well to Chastine and Majed Al-Maaytah from Food & Beverage for their professionalism and kindness, and to Ethel and Zaid Assaf from Housekeeping for their excellent service and attention to detail.

The shuttle made it easy to get around Aqaba, and when we had an early flight, the staff arranged a ride to the airport and packed a lunch box for us. They also surprised us with a free upgrade to a suite, which made the stay even better. From the moment we arrived at Oryx Hotel in Aqaba, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help us feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality made our trip memorable, and I’d happily stay at Oryx Hotel again. A special thanks to Ahmed for his personalized help and attention to detail. He helped us so much and made our vacation more enjoyable.

We loved every moment and will definitely come back on our next Aqaba visit. The whole team made us feel welcome, and the service was outstanding. The room was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Oryx Aqaba Hotel felt elegant and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. The location was perfect, and the welcoming staff were always ready to help. One of my best hotel stays, and I’d definitely return.
