After six days of nonstop travel around Jordan, I finally got to unwind at the Crowne Plaza Dead Sea spa. The foot reflexology was superb, especially after all that walking. Charity Lumna paid close attention to how tired I was and looked after me so thoughtfully throughout the session. I’m really grateful for her personal care and great service.

Burj Al Hamam Restaurant was a highlight of our stay at Crowne Plaza Dead Sea. The food was delicious and high quality, and the service made the meal feel special. Assistant Manager Hassan and waiter Malek were professional, kind, and attentive to the details. The hotel itself also has lovely views, a relaxing feel, and very comfortable rooms. We had a fantastic time.

Our room was clean and in good shape, and we were upgraded to one with a seaside view. The food had a good selection, too. The people working here were really nice and made us feel welcome. It’s sad that there weren’t many guests because of the situation in the Middle East, especially for the employees.

We stayed a few nights. The spacious rooms and the rest of the hotel felt clean, fresh, and well looked after, and getting to the pools and beach was easy. Dinner and breakfast came with our reservation. The dishes tasted good, but there wasn’t much variety, about what you might find at a small local B&B. We also found out soft drinks at dinner cost extra, which wasn’t acceptable to us. The beach itself was unclear, with wooden debris scattered around, and the water had so much plastic and rubbish that it looked polluted and dirty.

Bashar was especially helpful and went out of his way to make our trip memorable. The whole team was warm, attentive, and always smiling from the moment we arrived. We loved the Dead Sea views and the atmosphere, and left feeling happy and grateful. It was an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Jordan – Dead Sea. We love Jordan and can’t wait to return.
