Kempinski Ishtar Dead Sea

I had a lovely dinner at their Lebanese restaurant, Rehan. The food was delicious, and the staff were kind and helpful, with nothing feeling like too much trouble. They even brought me a complimentary dessert. Omar, my waiter, went over to another bar in the hotel to get me a drink that wasn’t available at the restaurant. Such a lovely, helpful young man.

The beach experience was a highlight: I had a mud mask and salt exfoliant, then floated in the Dead Sea. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of stunning pools, and we especially loved the heated infinity pool. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and all the staff took great care of us. Jamal and Yahia were especially attentive, and Batista Abedalziz made me a lovely morning latte. Check-in was seamless, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and spacious. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. A great stay at the Kempinski, and I’d recommend booking here.

We were upgraded to a spacious villa with a Dead Sea view. The room was lovely, and its complimentary snack bar was restocked each day. Breakfast included both Western and Jordanian food, plus fresh juice and fruit. We also had prompt, efficient service from Omar at the Lebanese restaurant, where the portions were generous and the food was tasty and nicely presented. It was our first visit to this luxurious resort, and the attentive, polite, responsive staff were well trained. We’ll definitely return to enjoy the amenities and food again.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. Room 2603 had a stunning view, and I loved the thoughtful design, great coffee machine, and large, luxurious bathroom. The hotel felt calm and comfortable throughout, and I felt safe there. What really makes Kempinski Hotel Dead Sea special is its people. Everyone was warm, respectful, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the start. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa, Mr. Murat, Mohammad Bender, Mohammed Rawashda, Bessam, Mashour, Ira, Ivan, and the whole team. It’s a place I want to return to, and I definitely will.
