The way they treat the cats around the hotel really stood out to me. They’re fed, cared for, and treated with respect, which says a lot about the place. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You can feel the good energy here. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere kind and pleasant.

The chocolate cake was the one letdown. It was a triangular, chocolate-colored brick that we felt obliged to eat, and I hope they’ll look at ways to improve it. Everything else made this a five-star stay for me. The spa had a wide choice of services and was a pleasure, and I loved the location, meals, and overall experience. There were lots of cats on the property, and the ones we met were gentle and tame. We stayed at several five-star resorts in Jordan, including the Four Seasons, but this was my favorite. I even cancelled another reservation so I could spend an extra night here.

I was surprised by the state of the prayer room. It seemed neglected and wasn’t kept as well as the rest of the hotel, which was otherwise beautiful, clean, and organized. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the stay was comfortable. I hope the prayer area gets the same attention to cleanliness and upkeep as the other spaces.

The Mosaic restaurant kitchen team were so gracious, and manager and chef Ihab took great care of my parents by preparing special dishes for them. They even remembered our visit from a year ago. That personal touch is what makes a difference. Every time I come, I’m struck by how kind, generous, approachable, and helpful the staff are. The facilities, spa, and comfort were outstanding. Thanks to everyone for making our yearly trip to Jordan feel so welcoming.
