The staff made Seven Days Hotel feel welcoming from start to finish. Everyone I met was friendly, respectful, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Reception was warm and efficient, and check-in went smoothly and quickly. They made sure my needs were taken care of right away. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with care in the details. Cleanliness and guest comfort clearly matter here. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Irbid for business or leisure. I’ll definitely return.

The rooms were clean and modern, though much smaller than they look in the pictures. There’s free designated street parking, but I’m not sure how many guests it can fit. It wasn’t the best value, but I had a good experience overall.

Friendly employees and a comfortable bed were the positives. But the main street outside made it very loud, and the windows weren’t good. The pool was closed and not maintained, and the shower had no mound. Breakfast choices were very limited for a 4* hotel. The bar charged a ridiculous 4$ for a Cappuccino, compared with 5$ for a hair cut, and gave no change. Low value for the price overall.

A lovely place for business or families, with a warm atmosphere and quiet, spacious rooms. The local family running it has a discreet, helpful, friendly crew. Breakfast was tasty, with a huge buffet, and there’s Wifi and Air Condition. The Restaurant has a great view over Irbid.
