Madaba worked well as a base for seeing Jerash and the Dead Sea, and we could avoid Amman's traffic. The hotel was close enough to the airport, too. We had no unpleasant surprises, and everything was as we'd expected. The food was honestly better than what we ate later at the Hilton. The team made us feel welcome, especially Diana, who deserves a special thank you. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I'd gladly return, and the rooms seem suited to families, couples, or people traveling alone.

We felt very welcome here. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and helpful, and the hotel is close to the sights in Maraba. St George Church is just a five-minute walk away. We'd definitely recommend it.

Diana and the whole team gave us such a kind, warm welcome, thank you again. We had a lovely stay at the Black Iris Hotel, and the staff were friendly and ready to help whenever we needed. It was also not far from the airport. Everything went as expected, with no nasty surprises.

I could walk to all the tourist sights around town, and the location was great. I stayed seven nights, and everything went well. Breakfast was set out every day on the ground floor, with a small buffet that had something for everyone, including hot eggs and a meat dish. My room had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable, and finding a kettle there was a nice surprise. The front desk and dining room staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a clean, welcoming little hotel and I'd strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba.
