The rooms and pools were good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The reception staff were nice and professional, and Mr. Fadi at the dinner buffet was excellent. He clearly works hard and cares about the guests. Most of the rest of the service was awful and slow. We were kept waiting at the gate while others were let in, then told the hotel was only for families and couples. Since we’d already booked and paid, I said Agoda should make that clear. Later, before the last order time, we had to argue just to order shisha, which turned out to be a disaster. At breakfast, a staff member wouldn’t clean the table we wanted and just told us to find another one. I can give management his name privately. For the price, breakfast and dinner weren’t very good either. I wouldn’t recommend this as a 4-star hotel. The rooms, reception team, and pool staff were the good parts.

The dinner buffet was quite good, with plenty of salads, fish, meat, and poultry. Breakfast was included in the room price but had less choice and wasn’t as good. The spa prices were very high. The resort itself is very old and needs renovation soon. Our room was spacious and clean, but the AC didn’t seem to work, and it was really hot during our February’26 visit. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room too. The private Dead Sea beach was rather dirty and needs attention, though towels were provided. The pools were old and mostly closed for the season; the one open pool was dirty. The beach lifeguard was really nice and helpful.

We spent the day there with a pass and stayed until sunset. The peaceful views and calm surroundings made it a memorable, relaxing day. Floating in the Dead Sea and enjoying the mud bath were highlights, and having access to both the pools and the sea was the best part. We’ll remember it for a long time.

The food from room service was uneven: the local dishes were quite good, while the international choices were below average. Breakfast was disappointing too. Though we were told it began at 6:30 am, the room wasn’t ready, with the lights off, tables not fully set, and cutlery and cups missing. The baked beans were dry, the eggs burnt, and the pancakes weren’t fluffy. The Dead Sea was about a 10-15 minute walk from the resort. The sunbeds and showers there looked worn and poorly maintained. Around the property, signs and directions were blurry and disorganized, so finding our way was confusing. Our rooms were dated and too warm. The first smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The replacements weren’t much better: one had a wet floor after mopping, and another friend got a room that hadn’t been cleaned. We had to keep the balcony door open at night for ventilation. The whole property looked rundown, and the stay had more downs than ups. It needs a major refresh and more consistent operations.
