It wasn’t crowded for a Saturday, and the staff were helpful. The restrooms were clean, and the water was nice, filtered, and slightly heated. The lifeguards stayed at their posts. I only tried the women’s area, though I saw a separate area for families. Food was so-so, nothing fancy but not bad. Water and soft drinks weren’t included with the day-pass lunch, and the prices are crazy. Maybe I had a lovely time because it was Saturday.

Families get a nice big pool with plenty of chairs, a convenient cafeteria beside it, and three water slides. There’s also a ladies-only pool with a very nice relaxing massage treatment. There’s no sea view, and it takes 10-15 minutes by car to reach the sea. For families, I’d strongly recommend it as the best resort in the Dead Sea area. Not suitable for couples at all.

The pool was the part I enjoyed, with a nice poolside area and warm water. Employees were alright, though their attitude could improve a lot. Food was mediocre with little variety. Drinks weren’t included, and a 250 ml can cost 2.10 JOD, absolutely ridiculous.

Nice for a day visit, but I wouldn’t spend the night. My overnight stay was a bad experience: the furniture was old and unclean, the room had no facilities, not even a water heater, which is strange for a 5-star hotel. Overall cleanliness was low, the food was average at best, and it wasn’t good value for money. The building and amenities are great, but the management is poor. The separate ladies’ pool is unique and families don’t have another option, which they unfortunately take advantage of. Try it for a day, but don’t stay overnight.
