The breakfast was decent, and the people were nice. Some parts of the hotel have been refurbished, but other bits haven’t, so you might get a nice ceiling alongside an old repaired bath. The balconies, restaurant, and bar have fantastic views. Lighting is strong, though the air con looks rough and old. The internet was unreliable and sometimes didn’t work at all, the TV wasn’t connected, and the shower was weak. The toilet paper comes from one enormous dispenser roll, which was missing on our first night. The pool and hammam were closed for renovation in March 2023.

We stayed two nights with breakfast, which was average. The bath wasn’t clean enough, though that seemed about average here, nothing to be scared of. We came in winter and it was cold, but the AC can heat the room. It’s a good place for travellers who need to stay overnight and visit Petra.

The rooms are great, though they could use a bit more cleaning, and the location comes with a nice view. I had a really bad experience with the staff, though. They were meant to provide a shuttle to petra, but made me wait for other people who had only just started breakfast before taking me there.

The room was neat and spacious, and you can get WiFi easily anywhere in the hotel. The employees were friendly, and the view was excellent. The hallways and restaurant/bar could have been cleaner, and the swimming pool felt a bit too small.

The food had lots of variety, and both breakfast and dinner were well prepared and tasty. We also liked the view from the dining room. The room was a little dusty and could use more cleaning. The WiFi signal was weak, and they gave us the wrong password at first. The staff know English.
